Refund & Cancellation Policy

aiastrology.guru sells non-tangible, digital, on-demand services (AI-generated readings and consultation credits). Because credits are delivered instantly to your account and can be consumed immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Cancellations

There are no recurring subscriptions to cancel. Each top-up is a one-time purchase of credits. You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account from the app.

Failed or duplicate payments

If your bank was charged but credits did not appear in your account within 24 hours, or if you were charged twice for the same order, email us at support@aiastrology.guru with your payment reference. Verified duplicate/failed charges are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
