The service

We provide Vedic astrology readings, computed charts, and AI-assisted guidance for entertainment, reflection, and self-understanding. We do not guarantee outcomes, and our readings are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

Accounts

• You must be 18 or older to purchase credits.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your birth details and for keeping your login safe.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt fraud, or violate applicable law.

Credits and payments

• Paid credits are digital and consumed as you use the AI Guru or premium readings.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or withdrawn.
• Referral rewards are credited as service credits only.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to harass, defame, or harm anyone, to generate content that is illegal under Indian law, or to attempt to reverse-engineer or overload the platform.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, aiastrology.guru is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from decisions taken based on a reading. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in courts of Delhi.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app.
